Job Summary

Cali Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for a well‑organized Dispatch Executive to oversee the smooth and timely dispatch of test samples, reports, and related materials to clients and courier partners. The role ensures that all dispatch activities are completed accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with lab and logistics norms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatch of samples, reports, and documents to clients and partner locations as per priority.
- Coordinate closely with the lab, sales, and customer service teams to finalize dispatch schedules and special requirements.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as waybills, challans, and internal logs; ensure all data is correctly entered in the system/ERP.
- Liaise with courier partners and transporters to assign consignments, track shipments, and resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of samples/reports to maintain integrity and confidentiality during transit.




- Monitor and maintain daily dispatch records, generate reports, and support audits or compliance checks.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in addresses, quantities, or documentation before dispatch.

Requirements :

- Diploma or graduate degree in any stream; certification in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations (lab, pharma, or service industry an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP or MIS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a process‑driven environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
