Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive (B2B - Kurti / Ethnic Wear)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

About the Role : We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive (B2B) for our Dorikala kurti business. The role involves building strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and boutique owners to expand our market reach. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage B2B sales (wholesalers, retailers, boutiques)

- Generate new leads and onboard new clients

- Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers

- Promote kurti collections and new designs to clients

- Handle client inquiries, pricing, and negotiations

- Coordinate with the production and warehouse team for order fulfillment

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Market research and competitor analysis Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales (garment/apparel preferred)





- Solid communication and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of fashion/ethnic wear industry

- Comfortable with field work and client meetings

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)

- Must be based in or willing to work in Jaipur Preferred :

- Experience in kurti / ethnic wear / garment wholesale market

- Existing network of retailers or boutique owners

- Experience in Jaipur têxtile markets Benefits :
