Job Summary : Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions

Store Operations

- Oversee daily store activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Ensure proper storage conditions and organization of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward logs, and inventory reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with accounts for stock reconciliation

Coordination

- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material receipt
- Support internal departments with material requirements

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Implement safety and loss prevention measures
- Handle damaged or expired goods appropriately

Required Qualifications :





- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in inventory/store management

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
