We are looking for an experienced Production Line Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. If you have robust leadership skills, experience in food manufacturing, and a passion for operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Position : Production Line Manager Industry : Food & Beverage Manufacturing Experience : 3-5 Years (preferred) Location : Satara

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth line operations. Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and improve production KPIs, efficiency, productivity, and wastage control. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and company standards. Lead, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance,



Planning, and Warehouse teams. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and production records. Minimize downtime and support preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements : ✔ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Production, or related field. ✔ Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing operations. ✔ Strong knowledge of production planning, line management, and process optimization. ✔ Understanding of food safety systems, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards. ✔ Leadership and team management skills.
