Description :

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of direct party invoices. - Track CNS stock transfers and maintain updated records for all movements. - Coordinate with transporters/logistics teams to arrange deliveries as per schedule. - Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly regarding shortage and damage. - Maintain robust communication with the warehouse team to ensure smooth dispatch operations. - Follow up on pending dispatches and escalate delays when necessary. - Maintain documentation for billing, stock transfer, and dispatch activities. - Support internal teams with data, reports, and customer-related updates.
