We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused E-commerce Operations to handle daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and other platforms. The role includes order processing, labeling, dispatch coordination, Amazon FBA shipment preparation , and profitability/MIS reporting . This role requires strong Excel skills, logic-based problem-solving , and excellent communication .

Key Responsibilities

1) Day-to-Day Marketplace Operations

- Process daily orders from Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra and other portals
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips as per platform requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse team for picking/packing and ensure on-time dispatch
- Ensure SKU, quantity, barcode/FNSKU, MRP, and packaging compliance are correct

2) Amazon FBA Shipment Preparation

- Create FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central (individual/case pack)
- Prepare cartons: carton labels, box content details, weights/dimensions
- Coordinate pickup/transport and track shipments until received by Amazon

3) Quick Commerce Operations (Blinkit / Zepto, etc.)

- Handle PO/order processing, dispatch readiness, and documentation
- Support replenishment planning and maintain stock readiness as per timelines
- Follow up for GRN/receiving issues and closures

4) MIS & Profitability Reporting (Important)

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS: orders, dispatch, pending, cancellations, returns, stock status

- Maintain profitability reports (SKU-wise/channel-wise):

- Selling price, platform fees/commission, shipping, returns impact

- Packaging/logistics cost inputs (as shared internally)





- Net margin and loss-making order identification

- Highlight issues/leakages and share clear action points with the E-commerce Manager

5) Problem Solving & Coordination

- Resolve operational issues: inventory mismatch, label errors, portal issues, delays
- Coordinate across warehouse/accounts/logistics/catalog teams for closures
- Maintain trackers and ensure timely follow-ups with clear communication

6) Returns / RTO / Claims Support

- Track returns, replacements, refunds, and RTO cases
- Maintain inward QC logs and support documentation for claims/shortage/damage cases

Skills & Requirements (Must-Have)

- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, data cleaning, reporting logic)
- Robust logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication (internal coordination + platform/vendor follow-ups)
- High accuracy and attention to detail (labeling, SKU handling, documentation)

Preferred

- Strong experience in Amazon Seller Central (FBA + FBM) :

- Exposure to Flipkart/Myntra portals and/or Blinkit/Zepto operations

- Basic understanding of margin/profitability math and marketplace fees

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
