Inventory Tracking : Update stock records, manage SKU numbers, and log inward/outward inventory movements in the warehouse database.

- Data Verification & Accuracy : Compare incoming shipping documents, invoices, and packing slips with physical stock to ensure accuracy, flagging discrepancies for resolution.

- Shipment Processing : Create, update, and track shipping records and documentation, including bills of lading (BOL) and loading schedules.

- System Maintenance & Security : Perform regular backups and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data privacy.

- Reporting : Generate daily or weekly stock reports, inventory summaries, and shipment updates for management.

- Collaboration & Admin Support : Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, logistics staff, and procurement teams to maintain accurate inventory records.

- Key Skills Required :

- Typing Proficiency : Quick and accurate typing speed,



often required to be at least 35-40 words per minute (WPM) .

- Software Knowledge : Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with warehouse-specific software like SAP , Tally , or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- Attention to Detail : A keen eye to spot small errors (e.g., transposed digits in a tracking ID) that could cause major logistics issues.

- Organisational Skills : Ability to manage high volumes of data and multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication : Coordinating with warehouse staff and supervisors to clarify missing information or report malfunctions in office equipment
