Job Title : EHS Officer (Environment, Health & Safety Officer) Location : Santragachi, Howrah Experience Required : 2-3 Years Industry Preference : Logistics / Healthcare -Manufacturing

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced EHS Officer to manage Workplace, Health & Safety compliance at our warehouse in Santragachi The role involves implementing EHS policies, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining secure operations.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in Logistics / Healthcare / Manufacturing
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and EHS regulations
- Experience in fire and safety systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to handle audits and inspections independently

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement EHS policies as per ISO 45001 & ISO 14001




- Ensure statutory compliance (Trade License, Fire NOC, etc.)
- Conduct safety trainings, drills, and meetings
- Perform safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments (HIRAC)
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions
- Monitor warehouse safety, equipment, and fire systems
- Maintain safety records, AMC schedules, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with auditors, clients, and regulatory authorities

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
