- Position : Warehouse Assistant
- Job Type : Full-Time

- Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 (Based on Experience)
- Working Hours : 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- Paid Time Off :2 PTO per Month

Key responsibilities

- Upload and maintain inventory records in the store software accurately and on time.
- Print, label, and affix barcodes to incoming products; ensure barcode readability.
- Update and adjust inventory counts when required (receipts, transfers, sales, returns).
- Inspect all incoming products for quality, damage, and correct labelling.
- Store products correctly following company guidelines.
- Pick and pack items for transfers or store requests as needed.
- Perform regular cycle counts and support full inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse/backroom area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely (barcode scanners, label printers).
- Coordinate with store managers and sales staff to ensure stock availability on the shop floor.
- Report damaged/expired items and suggest improvements to storage or handling procedures.

Requirements :

- Good computer literacy. Comfortable using inventory/point-of-sale software and spreadsheets.




- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and physical checks.
- Basic numeracy for counting/stock reconciliation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; punctual and reliable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/warehouse environment.
- Prior warehouse, retail stock, or inventory experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and label printers is a plus.
