Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate (Target-Based)

Location: Ulwe, Sector 19, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data and generate leads for property sales.

Client Interaction: Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and project highlights to customers clearly.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and convert leads into site visits or bookings.

Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as assigned by the management.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.

Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi is a plus)

Solid convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Target-driven and self-motivated

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
