Are you a tech-enthusiast who loves to mentor the next generation of engineers? LEARNERS GURU is looking for a dynamic and industry-experienced Python Full Stack Trainer . You will be responsible for transforming aspiring students into job-ready professionals through rigorous, practical-heavy training and real-time project mentorship.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Trainer.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- A passion for teaching and a "result-oriented" mindset for student placements.

Technical Skills Required

- Backend : Expertise in Python (Core + Advanced), Django, and Flask frameworks.
- Frontend : Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Bootstrap/React.
- Database : Strong command over SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL.




- Tools : Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and API testing (Postman).

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery : Conduct end-to-end training on Python Full Stack development, including Core/Advanced Python, Django/Flask, and Front-end technologies.
- Practical Mentorship : Lead mandatory 3-hour daily practical sessions , ensuring every student implements what they learn.
- Student Grooming : Conduct Daily Presentations and mock interviews to build students' skilled confidence and communication skills.
- Project Supervision : Guide students through real-time capstone projects and industry-standard use cases.
- Curriculum Management : Regularly update course modules to include the latest industry trends, including Generative AI integrations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
