Manual Functional Tester

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Understand requirements and create test scenarios & test cases

Perform functional, regression, and sanity testing

Identify, log, and track defects using tools (e.g., JIRA)

Validate bug fixes and ensure closure

Collaborate with developers and product teams

Maintain test documentation and reports

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years experience in manual testing

Strong understanding of software testing concepts & SDLC/STLC

Experience in writing clear test cases and bug reports

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Preferred (Valuable to Have)

Experience in API testing (Postman, etc.)

Basic knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, etc.)

Summary

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
