Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, including GST and TDS.
- Assist with audits, financial reviews, and budgeting activities.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Support management with financial data and reporting as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3-10 years of relevant accounting experience.




- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
