Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location : In-person Industry : Dental Laboratory / Healthcare Manufacturing / Export Operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
- Manage company financial operations including cash flow, profitability, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, GST, audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor cost controls, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Support export finance operations and foreign exchange management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3-8 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Experience in manufacturing,



healthcare or export-oriented businesses preferred.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, financial planning, and business finance.

Preferred Expertise

- Experience in healthcare manufacturing industry.
