Good with excel, valuable with accounting and tax knowledge, Manage financial records, prepare tax filings, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making. Financial Transactions - Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately. - Process payments, receipts, and journal entries. - Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents. Accounts Payable & Receivable - Manage vendor payments and customer collections. - Reconcile outstanding receivables and payables. - Follow up on pending payments and resolve discrepancies. Bank & Cash Management - Perform bank reconciliations regularly. - Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions. - Ensure timely deposits and payment processing. Payroll Support - Assist in salary processing and payroll-related activities. - Coordinate with HR for attendance, reimbursements, and deductions. - Maintain employee salary records and statutory compliance data. Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.



- Generate MIS reports and management summaries. - Support budgeting and financial planning activities. Compliance & Documentation - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. - Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. - Assist during internal and external audits. Qualifications Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field. - M.Com, MBA (Finance), or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage. Experience - 1-5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or related functions. - Experience in retail, jewellery, or corporate accounting preferred. Technical Skills - Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel. - Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance. - Strong numerical and analytical skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
