Kimpex Business Solutions is hiring Virtual Assistants to support Canadian mortgage brokerages with backend administrative work.

This is a non-calling, non-customer-facing role focused on accuracy and computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Request documents from clients (internally coordinated)
- Upload documents to lender portals
- Follow up with appraisers and lawyers (backend coordination)
- Assist with compliance and file organization
