Cafe Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant and café operations.
- Supervise and guide service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and table allocations.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and settlement accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across service areas.
- Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and report requirements.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
