Retail Sales assistant with Digital Marketing Experience

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across both in-store and online channels.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase store performance

Analyze sales data and digital campaign performance to optimize results

Manage online presence, including website and social platforms

Coordinate promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards

Requirements :



Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms

Ability to analyze KPIs and sales metrics

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Results-oriented with robust business acumen

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM systems

E-commerce management experience

Content creation and branding knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
