Store In-charge

**JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

- **
- Indenting receiving check for quality if required take assistant from site or quality engineer and stacking materials properly in the store
- Issuing the materials on site as per site indent and use & prepare GRN & GIN daily consumption dairy on the site and send the reports to central store team.
- General supervision on the site regarding wastage of materials, improper use of materials etc.
- Recollecting any balance/ unused materials at the end of the working days.
- Handing over of the charge of materials lying in the open yard such as various to the night duty personnel from the day security guards.
- Update records on display boards and display board for major store items Prepare weekly & monthly consumption reports as per the site indent get signed by project manager and sent to head office beside the regular reports
- Monitor the minimum stock level and inform to project manager for further course of actions.
- Follow up with suppliers,



with prior consent from purchase department, to ensure timely supply.
- Maintain the reports of Machine running and diesel consumption every day
- Maintain records the record and update with month end reports of Site asset tools, machinery, shuttering materials rental materials.
- Maintain the Records of steel wastage collected in yard on weekly and monthly basis including empty cement bags

Minimum Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline with 5 years of relevant work experience in Construction Industries.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.

Salary Range: - INR 20000/- to 25000/- (per month)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
