We are seeking a Purchase Assistant to support our team. You will be responsible for making orders in ERP, and coordination with vendors. Positive communication skills and attention to detail is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in ERP and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Vendor Coordination: Maintain records of supplier communications, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate prices.
- Documentation : Ensuring proper management on the ERP software. Update internal databases with new Price Lists and discounts.
- Assisting in administrative duties when required.
Experience : 1 - 3 years of experience in Purchase.
Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of ERP systems is mandatory.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
