Job Description - Sales Manager

Location : Balewadi, Pune Industry : Fitness / Gym / Wellness Experience Required : Minimum 2+ Years in Sales

About the Role : Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
- Handle walk-ins, lead conversions, and membership counseling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective members through calls and meetings.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain sales reports, daily MIS, and performance tracking.
- Ensure smooth front-end sales operations at the club.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, gym, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in gym membership sales or fitness consultation.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven workplace.
- Good understanding of customer retention strategies.

Salary : Best in the industry + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹14,209.22 - ₹35,000.00 per month
