Job Description: Telecalling Executive - Real EstatePosition Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries
- Follow up with leads from portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Facebook, etc.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM regularly

2. Client Engagement

- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to potential buyers
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration)
- Build strong rapport and maintain relationships with clients

3. Site Visit Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales managers
- Ensure proper follow-up before and after visits
- Track visit status and feedback

4. Sales Support

- Assist the sales team in closures by consistent follow-ups
- Share brochures, project details, and payment plans with clients
- Handle basic objection handling and queries

5. Data & Reporting

- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up sheets
- Track lead conversion status
- Report performance metrics to the manager

Required Skills :

- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi :





- Positive convincing and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets

Qualifications

- Minimum :Any Graduate :

- Experience :0-3 years (Real estate experience is an added advantage)

- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Working Details

- Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
