About the Role This is a ground-floor opportunity where you will: - Manage day-to-day coaching operations and client coordination - Support program delivery (Manifest by Design cohort) - Oversee scheduling, follow-ups, and admin systems - Work directly with the founder and contribute to scaling the business Key Responsibilities1. Coaching Operations - Client onboarding, scheduling, reminders - Cohort coordination and follow-ups - Payment tracking and client communication - Managing WhatsApp community engagement 2. Content & Brand Execution - Create and schedule Instagram posts (via Canva) - Write engaging captions and broadcast messages - Repurpose content into reels or short-form posts - Maintain a consistent content calendar 3. Admin & Coordination - Manage Google Calendar and task boards (Notion/Asana) - Coordinate with vendors and support events/workshops Who We’re Looking For Must-have: - Interest in personal development, coaching,
