We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive audience engagement through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop creative and engaging content such as posts, captions, graphics, reels, videos, stories, and promotional materials.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting platforms.




- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a skilled and timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and online campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Digital Advertising, and Online Branding.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video editing, reel creation, and short-form content production will be preferred.
- Digital Marketing certifications from recognized institutions will be an added advantage.
