Position Title - Hospital Public Relations Officer (PRO) (Ghaziabad)

Department - Marketing & Business Development

Reporting To - Hospital Admin Manager / Head - Marketing

Location - Ghaziabad (Key Areas: Pratap Vihar, Siddharth Vihar, Vijay Nagar, Kaila Bhatta, Raj Nagar Extension, NH-24, Noida, Crossings Republic)

Role Objective

The PRO will be responsible for building a strong referral pipeline and ecosystem in Ghaziabad, through GPs, family physicians, consultants, clinics, nursing homes, paramedical partners, emergency stakeholders, and institutional tie-ups.

The core objective is to increase OPD, IPD, ICU, trauma, and emergency referrals by making the hospital the first recall option for GPs and emergency stakeholders in the surrounding localities.

Core Responsibilities

1. GP & Local Doctor Referral Development (Primary Focus)

2. Ortho,



Trauma & ICU Referral Activation

3. Pharmacy, Physio & Local Influencer Canvassing

4. Housing Society & Corporate Tie-ups

5. Relationship Review & Feedback Management

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Minimum Requirements

- 12th Pass/ Graduate (mandatory), MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 1-5 years in sales / hospital marketing / medical representative / healthcare BD
- Solid communication skills (excellent Hindi; basic English); good local network in Ghaziabad
- Street-smart, disciplined, and outcome-oriented
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ethical engagement and excellent conduct

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
