Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning :

- Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS/database management :

- Build and promote the employer brand of the organization

- Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field :

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines

- People-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude :

- Willingness to travel when required

Preferred Skills

- Experience with recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of HR processes and hiring metrics
- Robust negotiation and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
