We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and strengthen the company’s market presence in the construction and real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with marketing, business development, and project teams for successful project execution
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion, and revenue forecasting
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within construction, interiors, or real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong market understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
