We are seeking ambitious and resourceful Talent Acquisition to join our offshore recruitment team supporting clients in North America (U.S. & Canada) . This position is well-suited for both freshers and experienced professionals eager to establish or expand their expertise in global recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand talent requirements and role specifications.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices within the U.S. and Canadian recruitment landscape.

Requirements :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. :

- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

- Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Noida, Delhi NCR.





- Open to working in North American time zones (night shifts as required).

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with U.S. staffing or RPO or Canadian recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
