S M Ice Cream Mart is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of ice cream raw materials, bakery ingredients, and confectionery products based in Kolkata.

We serve a wide network of ice cream manufacturers, bakeries, distributors, and retailers and are expanding aggressively across West Bengal and Eastern India.

Role Overview : This is a field-based sales role requiring regular market visits to generate business and build robust customer relationships.

The role involves extensive travel (approximately 20 days per month) .

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

- Visit retail shops, bakeries, ice cream manufacturers, and distributors :

- Generate new leads and onboard customers

- Achieve monthly sales targets

2. Market Expansion

- Develop new territories and increase product reach
- Identify new business opportunities

3. Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction

4. Reporting

- Submit daily visit reports and order updates
- Provide market feedback to management

Travel Requirement :

- Field travel required for ~20 days per month :

- Local and nearby district travel





Requirements :

- Experience in FMCG / food / ice cream / bakery sales preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
- Target-driven and self-motivated

Qualification :

- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred

Salary & Incentives :

- Fixed Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives : ₹5,000 - ₹20,000+ based on performance
- Travel allowance (if applicable)

Working Details :

- 6 days a week
- Field-based role with flexible timing
