## About the Role

Frimon TechLabs is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with strong experience in Indian Domestic IT Hiring . The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and joining.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work on multiple requirements while maintaining hiring turnaround time and candidate quality.

## Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indian IT requirements.
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from clients/hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn,



referrals, job portals, databases, and networking .
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, compensation, and career expectations.
Conduct initial recruiter screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet TAT.
Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and prioritize urgent positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
