Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery according to standard procedures
- Set up machines before production (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Report major mechanical problems to supervisors or technicians
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Keep production records and logs
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Required Skills :

- Basic mechanical and technical knowledge
- Ability to read and understand manuals or instructions
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Valuable hand-eye coordination

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- ITI/Diploma in mechanical or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation (optional but beneficial)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
