Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Product Intelligence Research Associate to help build GoTrusto's Trust Intelligence database.

This is not a traditional research role.

You will be responsible for identifying experts, collecting product intelligence, coordinating with technicians and reviewers, validating information, and maintaining structured research records.

You will work directly with the founder in building the core intelligence layer of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Product Intelligence Research

- Conduct primary and secondary research on consumer electronics categories.
- Collect information from multiple sources and organize findings in structured formats.
- Assist in building Product Intelligence Records (PIRs) for products.

Expert Identification & Outreach

Identify and connect with:

- Mobile repair technicians
- Laptop repair technicians
- AC technicians
- TV technicians
- Consumer electronics experts
- Product reviewers
- Service professionals

Build and maintain a growing expert network across India.

Data Collection & Validation

- Coordinate with experts to collect product intelligence.
- Follow up to ensure PIR forms are completed.
- Gather supporting evidence and documentation.




- Cross-check information from multiple sources.
- Maintain quality and consistency of collected data.

Database Management

- Maintain Product Intelligence databases.
- Update records regularly.
- Organize supporting documents and evidence.
- Ensure research records remain complete and structured.

Operations & Coordination

- Schedule calls with experts.
- Track research progress.
- Maintain category-wise research trackers.
- Support creation of internal research reports and summaries.
