About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and multi-talented BSc Agriculture intern to work independently but report directly to the Director in a fast-growing, year-old startup. We operate at the intersection of natural fragrances and health ingredients.

If you are passionate about Backward Integration, sustainable sourcing, and learning the 360-degree mechanics of an Agri-business—from the farmer's field to the customer’s door—this is your chance.

Your Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Backward Integration: Identify and develop a robust supplier base (aiming for 6+ reliable sources per product) around India for various products. You will work closely with farmers and local communities to implement Regenerative Agricultural techniques, ensuring the procurement of pure, unadulterated materials at competitive prices.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with small-scale distillation units and factories to monitor production quality and ensure a steady supply of natural raw materials.
- Quality Assurance: Take end-to-end ownership of product quality. You are responsible for ensuring that every batch purchased meets the rigorous standards of our global customers.
- Logistics & Fulfillment: Manage the movement of goods from source to customer. This includes coordinating with logistics providers, managing documentation (Invoices, Labels, COAs), and overseeing warehousing when necessary.
- Circular Sales & CRM: In our unique ecosystem, suppliers are often customers. You will manage sales and customer service within your territory,



pitching our processed products back into the industry.
- Digital Presence: Manage day-to-day engagement on Instagram and WhatsApp, and handle initial customer inquiries.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between farmers, FPOs, consultants, government bodies, and the internal leadership team.

Requirements :

- Education: Recent Graduate or Final Year student in BSc Agriculture.
- Languages: Fluency in English and at least two regional languages (Kannada / Tamil / Telegu / Hindi) is highly preferred.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid license. This role requires extensive daily travel to rural and industrial sites, all around India.
- Mindset: A "quick-study" who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take on operational responsibilities.

Good to Have

- Experience in social media management or content creation.
- Basic understanding of the fragrance or essential oils industry.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
