Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment across the property.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in guest rooms, kitchens, banquet areas, and common spaces.
- Maintain DG sets, panels, UPS systems, lighting systems, and electrical appliances.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of all electrical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain energy efficiency standards within the property.
- Attend guest complaints related to electrical issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff and external vendors when required.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of electrical tools/materials.




- Support emergency maintenance activities during power failures or technical breakdowns.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel/resort maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts and handle emergencies.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrician or Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical license/certification preferred.

Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience as an Electrician in Hotel, Resort, Hospitality, or Commercial properties preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
