About Us : NoahArk Café is a growing multi-cuisine café known for quality, consistency, and creative flavours. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Chinese Chef who can bring authentic taste with café-style presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (Noodles, Fried Rice, Starters, Gravies, etc.)
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and workstation organization.
- Manage inventory of Chinese ingredients and inform management before stockouts.
- Control wastage and follow café SOPs strictly.
- Assist in menu development with new Chinese items.
- Coordinate with service staff for timely order delivery.





Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (wok handling, sauces, chopping).
- Ability to work under pressure during rush hours.
- Good consistency, speed, and hygiene.
- Understanding of food safety standards.

Qualifications

- 10th / 12th pass or culinary diploma (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chinese section (Café / Restaurant / Cloud Kitchen)
