We’re looking for individuals who are ambitious, organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow across departments.

Role: Growth & Support Associate

As part of the core team, you will:

- Assist with webinar setup , Zoom backend & live chat support

- Manage data entries , Google Sheets & student MIS

- Help with posting reels, video edits , and uploading content

- Track payments , maintain income-expense logs & assist with GST data

- Support in orientation sessions, bootcamps & app onboarding :

- Curate & organize content ideas for social media & learning videos

- Maintain checklists, session reminders, and calendar updates :

- Make follow-up and welcome calls to webinar attendees and students

- Work directly with Dipti Ma'am & Harshad Sir and get hands-on mentorship

- Learn tools like Zoom, WhatsApp Business, Canva, Google Sheets, Pabbly, Manychat, WhatsApp API , and more

Who Can Apply

- Freshers (any stream)

- Fluent in English + comfortable with digital tools





- Based in Mumbai (Andheri preferred) :

- Willing to work full-time from office (no remote/WFH)

- Must commit to at least 1 year of learning & growth

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
