- Prepare and present authentic Kerala cuisine
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Assist in introduction of new Kerala dishes when required
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation of raw materials
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations
- Control food wastage and follow cost-control measures
Requirements :
- Proven experience as CDP or DCDP in a hotel or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of traditional Kerala cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and during busy service hours
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Kerala cuisine
