Station Management : Responsible for the daily operation of a specific section (e.g., saucier, poissonier, larder, grill).
- Food Preparation & Cooking : Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to the establishment’s standards.
- Supervision : Training and supervising junior chefs or commis chefs on the station.
- Inventory & Ordering : Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and ordering ingredients for the section.
- Safety & Sanitation : Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Menu Support : Contributing to menu development and new dish creation
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
