Role Description The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites in Nagpur for furniture, interior, and government projects. This full-time on-site role includes coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring progress against plans, and ensuring work quality meets company standards and client expectations. The Site Supervisor will manage site schedules, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements. They will regularly communicate with project managers, designers, and clients to report status, address issues, and support timely completion of work. The role also involves inspecting materials and installations,



maintaining site documentation, and proactively resolving operational challenges.

Qualifications

- Ability to supervise on-site activities, coordinate teams, and manage daily operations at construction or installation sites.
- Skills in project coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and productive completion of work.
- Knowledge of basic construction, interior fit-out, or furniture installation practices, including quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Ability to maintain site records, prepare reports, and use basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project tracking software).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for identifying issues on site and implementing practical solutions.
- Prior experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role in interiors, furniture, or construction projects is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working full time on-site in Nagpur and willingness to adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
