Role Description The Store Manager role at Cleanovo India is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring quality standards for dry cleaning and related services. This role includes handling customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, and monitoring order processing and timely delivery. The Store Manager will also track store performance, implement local marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.



The position requires active collaboration with the operations team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications

- Strong store operations and retail management skills, including staff supervision and workflow coordination.
- Customer service and communication skills to manage client interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic inventory management and organizational skills to oversee supplies, equipment, and order tracking.
- Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative, performance-oriented team setting.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented businesses; experience in laundry or dry cleaning is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
