At Wipro Technologies, we are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead L1 to join our agile Applied AI & Data team, focusing on Denodo platform implementation and management. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving innovative data virtualization solutions that enable our clients to harness the power of their data efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of data virtualization projects using Denodo technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of scalable, high-performance data solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and a deep understanding of data integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Denodo data virtualization projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and optimize Denodo solutions to integrate heterogeneous data sources, improving data accessibility and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within all solutions.




- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline data integration workflows.
- Engage in proactive risk identification and mitigation related to project delivery and technical challenges.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in virtualization technology and data management trends to apply innovative approaches.

Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Denodo Platform, including architecture, administration, and development.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data integration, data virtualization, or related fields.
- Comprehensive understanding of data management principles, relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages to support data extraction and transformation activities.
- Prior experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities combined with solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments, demonstrating agility and innovation.
