Responsibilities:

- Handle member enquiries and reception duties.
- Manage membership sales, renewals & follow-ups.
- Maintain member records and attendance.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages & basic billing.

Reception & Member Management

- Welcome members and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and membership enquiries.
- Maintain member records and update membership details.
- Monitor member check-ins and biometric attendance.
- Inform members about membership expiry and renewal dates.

Sales & Membership

- Explain membership plans, packages, and offers to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Handle membership renewals and encourage repeat business.
- Schedule gym tours and fitness consultations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass.
- Positive communication and basic computer skills.
- Friendly, punctual and presentable.
- Sales or gym experience preferred.
