About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated individuals who are eager to learn about the event management industry from scratch.

This is a generalist internship with no predefined role. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to different functions of the event industry, allowing them to explore their interests, identify their strengths, discover their niche, and gradually develop expertise in a specific area.

We believe in learning by doing. Selected candidates will be guided by our team, participate in ongoing projects, and gain practical experience in planning and executing real events.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist the team with day-to-day event planning and coordination activities.
- Gain exposure to wedding planning, event operations, hospitality, and guest management.
- Handle client calls and maintain records.
- Support vendor communication, follow-ups, research, and coordination.
- Assist with event timelines, checklists, documentation, and planning schedules.
- Participate in venue visits, event preparations, and on-ground execution.




- Explore creative concepts, décor ideas, client requirements, and event design.
- Assist with guest logistics, hospitality arrangements, and other event-related requirements.
- Develop qualified communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and client servicing skills.
- Take initiative, ask questions, and actively participate in assigned learning opportunities.

We plan, design, and manage wedding celebrations for the Elite Class. Decor designing is our strength. We document each part of the planning. Each activity is planned, documented, discussed, and then delegated to the responsible person of our team, client, or vendors. We use online and print methods for planning, documenting, and tracking.
