Core Instructional Duties

- Lesson Planning & Instruction : Develop daily lessons and units aligned with curriculum standards, focusing on reading fluency, comprehension, and foundational math skills.
- Differentiated Instruction : Adapt teaching materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assessment and Evaluation : Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and tests to monitor academic progress.
- Classroom Management : Establish and enforce a positive, structured, and safe classroom workplace.

Pastoral and Professional Duties

- Student Support : Provide one-on-one help to students needing extra support.
- Parent Communication : Lead parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates on academic and social progress.
- Collaboration : Work with other staff, specialists,



and tutors to support special needs and student development.
- Supervision : Monitor students during school hours, including lunch and recess.
