Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English (Reading, Writing, Phonics, Grammar & Spoken English) to primary students.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Use engaging teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics activities, games, and worksheets.
- Build strong vocabulary and sentence formation skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Identify slow learners and provide additional support.
- Encourage students to speak confidently in English.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. English preferred)
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in primary teaching

Required Skills :

- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good pronunciation and phonics knowledge.




- Ability to handle young children with patience and care.
- Creative teaching methods.
- Classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare worksheets and simple assessments.
