About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Principal in providing academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE guidelines.
- Assist in effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
- Supervise, mentor, and support teachers to ensure consistent and high-quality teaching practices.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom observations, assessments, and student academic progress.
- Support initiatives related to school discipline, student welfare, and parent engagement.
- Assist in preparing for CBSE audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, examinations, and school events.
- Support admissions processes, student enrolment, and parent interactions as required.
- Help implement school improvement plans and academic initiatives defined by the Principal.




- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and positive school environment among staff and students.

Requirements :

- Master’s Degree with B.Ed (mandatory).
- 2-4 years in an academic leadership role (Senior Teacher / Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal).
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment systems, and academic compliance.
- Good communication, classroom supervision, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with teachers, parents, students, and school leadership.
- Robust organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
