A Primary Science Resources Person is responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering science curriculum and hands-on materials to young students (ages 5-11). Their primary goal is to ignite curiosity, foster scientific inquiry, and support classroom teachers with engaging, safe, and age-appropriate materials.

Core Responsibilities

- Resource Management & Logistics : Organizing, storing, maintaining, and ordering science equipment, tools, and consumables, ensuring safe storage and an adequate supply of materials for experiments.
- Experimental Support & Safety : Setting up lab activities, conducting demonstrations, helping students and teachers with science projects, and overseeing the secure use of equipment.
- In-Class Instruction & Facilitation : Delivering or co-teaching science lessons to teachers and supporting classroom teachers with the implementation of science curriculum.
- Student Assessment & Reporting : Assessing student progress through observation and assignments,



providing constructive feedback to enhance learning, and reporting results to parents and staff.
- Event Coordination : Organizing science exhibitions, field trips, and school-wide events to showcase student talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
- Experience: Previous experience teaching primary science and managing science resources.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic science concepts, inquiry-based learning, and relevant technology/science apps.
- Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, ability to engage young learners, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
