Position :Music Teacher (Vocal / Instrumental) Location : Motihari Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons (vocal and/or instrumental) to students of different age groups.
- Teach music theory, rhythm, melody, and composition.
- Train students in vocal techniques or specific instruments (e.g., harmonium, keyboard, guitar, tabla, etc.).
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and school events.
- Organize and conduct music-related activities, assemblies, and cultural programs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for interdisciplinary activities.
- Maintain records of attendance, performance, and student development.

Required Skills :





- Strong knowledge of music theory and practical techniques.
- Proficiency in vocal training and/or at least one musical instrument.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Creativity and passion for teaching music.
- Positive classroom management skills.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Graduation / Post-Graduation in Music (Vocal / Instrumental) from a recognized institution.
- Formal training or certification in music is preferred.
- Minimum [1-3] years of teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
