Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Activities Coordinator located in Delhi, India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized School Activities Coordinator who will bring our school's co-curricular vision to life. You'll be the creative force behind sports days, cultural festivals, competitions, clubs, and everything that makes school memorable beyond textbooks. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple events, inspire students and teachers alike, and create experiences that foster confidence, creativity, and community spirit.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize, and supervise a diverse range of school events, competitions, and enrichment programs throughout the academic year
- Collaborate with teachers and department heads to integrate activities with the academic calendar
- Manage logistics, budgets,



and communication related to school events
- Liaise with external vendors, trainers, and guests to deliver high-quality student experiences
- Encourage student participation and foster leadership through clubs, councils, and special interest groups
- Ensure all activities align with school policies, safety standards, and educational objectives
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in school activity coordination, event planning, or a similar role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a student-first approach

- ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
