Job Summary : The School Principal (Primary Wing) is responsible for leading and managing the primary section of the school. This role includes overseeing academic programs, managing staff, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education in line with the school's mission and standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction for the primary wing, ensuring educational excellence.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, student assessment, and staff development.
- Manage daily operations, including teacher supervision, student discipline, and parent communication.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Relevant administrative and teaching experience, particularly in primary education.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills..
